Ray White needed more private meeting space in their South Australian office, without losing valuable floor space or starting a fit-out. The answer was two Collab Pods, installed back to back.
The Challenge
Real estate runs on conversations: vendor discussions, team catch-ups and calls that need privacy. In a busy open-plan office, finding a quiet room isn’t always easy, and every square metre of floor space counts.
The Solution
We installed two Collab Pods positioned back to back, creating two private meeting rooms in one compact footprint. Grouping the pods together keeps a clean line through the office and leaves the rest of the floor open for desks.
Why It Works
Each Collab Pod seats up to four people around a round table on modular sofas, with 51mm multi-layer acoustic walls and laminated acoustic glass keeping conversations private. Built-in ventilation, LED lighting, power and USB connectivity mean they’re ready to use as soon as they’re installed, and because they plug into a standard power point and sit on castors, they can be moved if the office layout changes.
